Dr.Tom & Dr.Newton are highly trained therapists who will use a variety of techniques that will help with muscle, joint, and nerve dysfunction. Their unique skill set allows them to treat most common injuries, work related injuries, and repetitive stress injuries by finding the root cause of your discomfort and treating it at it's source.


Athletic Therapy

Samantha uses manual therapy to utilize a wide variety of contemporary rehabilitative techniques, therapeutic modalities, physical reconditioning, and supportive strapping procedures to promote optimal healing. This prepares the individual for safe reintegration into an active lifestyle.


Physiotherapy

Vanessa provides hands on, manual therapy to combine passive care (acupuncture, soft tissue therapies) with active care (strengthening stretches and exercises). It is her goal as a physiotherapist to improve your mobility and strength so you can get back to doing what you love!


Massage Therapy

Kristin and Samantha offer different types of Massage Therapy from relaxation, sports fascial treatment, deep tissue and prenatal. Our Registered Massage Therapists help to reduce or eliminate pain, improve circulation and posture. You can choose the type of massage and the length of the massage you would like and you and your therapist can work together to address all your needs.

Kristin is a Niagara native happily residing in St. Catharines. She completed her studies in Massage Therapy at the Ontario College of Health and Technology and is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).

Using her education and clinical experience, she is confident in treating everyone, including athletes, pregnant women, children, elderly people and everyone in between. Whether it be for general maintenance, as part of physical therapy, WSIB, or Motor Vehicle Accidents, Kirstin’s clients obtain their wellness needs through Massage Therapy and other Wellness modalities. Each client is provided with an individualized treatment plan using a great understanding and utilization of a variety of techniques.

It’s Kristin’s priority to help her patients achieve and exceed their desired wellness goals. She develops her Massage Therapy skills through continuous education to provide a variety of treatment options. Samantha graduated with high honours from the Athletic Therapy degree program at Sheridan College earning the OATA scholarship and the Dr. Bob Jackson Research awards. To further her education, Sam continued on to become a Registered Massage Therapist. She has the skills and knowledge from both her designations to help her clients and athletes achieve their dream of reaching their full potential. Sam believes that combining both Athletic Therapy and Massage Therapy is an art as well as a science, and that each person and condition or injury is unique and deserves individually oriented treatment. She sets high but attainable goals for both her clients and herself.

She practices using an evidence-based, patient-centered approach to care while identifying the source of pain, correcting atypical movement patterns, and improving overall health, for long term resolution of injuries. This is done through utilizing manual soft tissue therapy techniques, joint mobilization, fascial stretching and rehabilitative modalities and exercise. These highly valued elements incorporated into treatment programs return her clients to a pain free lifestyle.

Dr. Newton Huynh is a graduate of D’Youville College’s Chiropractic program and received his Bachelor of Physical Health and Education degree from the University of Toronto.

Dr. Newton is passionate about helping patients and getting them back to their daily activities. A sport injury early in life lead Dr. Tom towards a love of rehabilitation. Rehabbing a torn ACL at such an impressionable age built a deep rooted appreciation for the effort and commitment required of his patients to overcome. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology degree from Brock University in 2010, Dr. Tom sought to further his education at D’Youville College where he received his Doctorate in Chiropractic (D.C) in 2015. Over the last 5 years, he has honed his craft and specializes in diversified chiropractic methods, flexion distraction technique, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation (IASTM), Muscle Release Technique (MRT), and Neurofunctional Acupuncture.

Vanessa graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto and continued her education at Queens’s University graduating in 2010 with a Masters of Physiotherapy. Throughout her career, Vanessa has been actively pursuing education to further advance her skills and optimize patient care. Some of her unique Physiotherapy treatment services include manual therapy, sports injuries, vertigo, TMD (jaw pain/disorders), concussion management and pelvic health. Vanessa is also a Level 2 certified Acupuncturist through the Acupuncture Foundations of Canada Institute.

Vanessa has a passion for athletes and has worked extensively with both recreational and professional athletes providing injury diagnosis, treatment and prevention. Vanessa combines her expertise as a Physiotherapist and certified Joga coach to create a unique rehabilitation and strengthening program which has been effective for even her most high performing NHL patients.

Dedicated to providing unique care for every patient, Vanessa begins with a detailed assessment followed by a clearly explained diagnosis. Her treatments include hands-on manual therapy, individualized exercise programs and movement/posture retraining. Enhanced skills such as acupuncture, therapeutic taping, cupping and other Physiotherapy modalities are added to the treatment plan as needed.
